Floors Built for Work, Not Just Looks

Your floors carry everything, from people and pallets to products and equipment. Our industrial floor coating services are specified to your environment, traffic, and cleaning regimen, then sequenced around production so downtime stays tight.

We handle moisture checks, crack repair, and surface profiling before we install the system. At Dimensions Four Painting, we prioritize longevity. And we achieve that by starting with proper prep work, not paint.

What We Coat and How We Prepare

Where We Work

Warehouses, manufacturing plants, maintenance shops, food and beverage facilities, distribution centers, commercial kitchens, corridors, showrooms, and commercial and industrial businesses.

Systems We Install

100% solids epoxies, epoxy primers, urethane topcoats, chemical-resistant novolac systems, non-slip aggregates, and line striping for safety zoning. If you have anything specific in mind, we can source that for you!

Preparation First

Moisture testing, degreasing, diamond grinding or shot blasting, and joint or crack repair ensure a clean, sound substrate that bonds tightly with each layer of coating.
Floors built this way cure stronger, clean easier, and last longer. This helps you reduce maintenance cycles, extend service life, and maintain a safer, more professional environment.

If you have a preferred brand or coating spec, we’re happy to match it exactly.

Our Industrial Floor Coating Process

A strong floor starts long before the first coat is applied. Our industrial floor coating process ensures every layer (from surface prep to final finish) performs exactly as designed. We begin with a detailed site evaluation to test moisture levels, confirm surface hardness, and identify any contamination that could affect adhesion.

Your project manager sequences zones or shutdowns to protect workflow, while our trained crews handle mechanical surface preparation using diamond grinders or shot blasters to achieve the correct CSP (Concrete Surface Profile). Once the surface is ready, we prime, fill, and level before applying epoxy base coats, build coats, and optional non-slip broadcast. Each step is inspected and logged for quality assurance.

Finally, we apply a UV-resistant urethane topcoat or specialty system tailored to your environment: chemical, food processing, or warehouse traffic. The result: a seamless, durable, easy-to-clean floor that improves safety, lighting, and performance for years.
